We are a growing organization with 26 programs across Oliver, Osoyoos, and Okanagan Falls. Our staff work across counselling, outreach, crisis support, seniors’ services, administration, and more united by a shared commitment to our mission.

Senior Support Workers
Oliver, Osoyoos & OK Falls - Flexible HoursAre you looking for meaningful, flexible work that fits your schedule? Join our team at Better at Home, a program helping seniors remain independent in their own homes. Our Senior Support Workers provide essential cleaning services while also serving as a friendly, familiar face - a trusted connection who looks out for each senior’s well-being.
