Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and finding a therapist you connect with can make all the difference. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, process difficult emotions, and move toward the life you want.

Collaborative & Trauma-Informed

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and work with children, teens, and adults facing a variety of life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, or working through painful past experiences, you don’t have to face it alone. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs.

A Trusting Relationship

Healing happens when you feel heard, respected, and accepted.
