- SOMATIC and BODY AWARNESS: the importance of connecting with your body, your body is always telling you things, learn to listen to it.
- EMDR: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a method which was initially used for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. But it is now being used in different therapeutic situations.
- TRAUMA INFORMED APPROACH: understanding trauma.
- GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY: we are not alone, working in groups helps us to understand ourselves better.
- NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION, helping you to bring more awareness in the way you talk to you and others.
