Jane

Jane is a compassionate, intuitive, and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting each client’s healing journey. With experience in private practice, men’s recovery, and community support, she works with adults, couples, and individuals navigating substance use, Complex PTSD, BPD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief, and major life transitions.

As a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling, Jane draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and client-centred therapy to help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. She offers virtual, hybrid, and in-person sessions tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Jane supports clients in quieting the inner critic, managing fear, overcoming barriers to growth, and creating healthier relationships. She believes genuine connection is at the heart of healing and provides a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their experiences and move toward a more meaningful life.

Jane understands that trauma affects the nervous system, often triggering fight, flight, or freeze responses, and that making change alone can feel overwhelming. With empathy and clinical insight, she guides clients through the process toward greater stability, self-understanding, and healing.
