At Home is a program designed to help seniors remain independent at home through professional and volunteer support. Better at Home helps seniors with simple day-to-day tasks and to stay connected with their community.
Better at Home provides a range of non-medical home support services. Fees for Better at Home are determined on a sliding scale based on an ability to pay and are subject to some local variables. Services are offered to reflect the different needs of each community. Examples include:
- Yard Work
- Home repair
- Snow Shovelling
- Housekeeping
- Grocery Shopping
- Transportation to appointments
