What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential to ensure clear and comfortable conversations with seniors, understand their needs, and report any concerns effectively.
- Compassionate and observant, with a heart for helping seniors.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (travel required within Osoyoos, Oliver, and Okanagan Falls).
- Dependable and able to work independently in clients' homes.
- Attentive to changes in seniors’ well-being and willing to report concerns when necessary.
Duties Include:
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, etc.).
- Providing friendly conversation and social connection.
- Assistance with daily tasks.
- Observing and reporting any changes in seniors’ well-being.
